Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm NZT and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our support team.

Shipping time may vary according to NZ Post Time Frames and Time Zones, these times do not include order processing time.
Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.
Please note that International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.
Taxes and Duties
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Make sure you include a copy of you order confirmation email and include any relevant information in regard to the reason for the return along with how you would like our team to process your return
All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return. This may take up to 7 days. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Newman Apparel Limited. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.
All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items.
All Gift Card/s purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for for cash, there are also no exchanges on clothing/items purchased with a gift card.
Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged.
If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please include your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of same value or less.
In the event that the requested item is not available, our support team will have the amount of the item given back to you in Store Credit. You will receive an email with your Store Credit Code.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.
The customer will be required to pay for postage for any exchanges being sent back to you.
Faulty or incorrect products
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the Newman support Team via firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Newman Apparel Limited will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Sale or promotional stock
All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange instead, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift.

LayBuy return or exchange items
When purchasing via LayBuy you may send your item back to our support team within 15 days of your original purchase for exchange of size.
All exchanges will be processed within three to five business days of receiving your parcel. Please note Newman Apparel Limited is not able to refund sale items, or items purchased with a discount code.
When using LayBuy, you have the options to return one or all of your items for an exchange.
It's important to keep up your LayBuy payments while your return is in transit back to us as LayBuy charge late fees for any overdue payments.
